Before the Psion, I noted my addresses, my information on various notebooks. But what a problem when had to be found some old information.

With Psion, it is better, but one shouldn’t have large fingers! The data input and the information retrieval are hard compared to an office PC.

How can we improve this situation?

Having an easy access to a PC (Personal Computer), I was made a new organization. I enter my information on the PC by using the ergonomics of 2 programs that I developed. Those programs work directly on the "serial 3", 3a, 3c, 3mx, Siena. Psion bases format without conversions which generally cause problems. (Windows 95 or 98 or NT needed.)

On the other hand, when I move, I use Psion that I loaded with the cable and PSIWIN interface. I benefit thus from the small size of Psion and I can anywhere find and obtain my information.

.My synchronization program makes it possible to work in the same way that on the " Palm devices ", i.e. fine detection of the modifications resulting from data entries done separately between the Psion and the microcomputer.

Even if you do not have Psion, you can nevertheless use my programs that make it possible to find its information easily.

1 - " SEEPSION " program has a screen divided in two parts, on the left a grid, which allows a very fast search, on the right, the traditional display of the selected card. With the synchronization program, you don’t have any more to choose where you want to enter your data.

One can also make a search on several key words which cause the selected display with all lines answering the interrogation

Obviously, this application is easy to use, it has menus, a complete help that allows an easy intuitive start.

This last version includes 2 programs, 2 on-line helps and an automatic installation: name = " seepsion ". It also includes a check speller with an english dictionary and personal dictionary

2 - For people who enter many cards in their PSION, they couldn’t know any more in which file is precious information. With this application " AFIND ", (Cumpsion.exe), one prepares search profiles that groups several Psion files, for example: " prived ", " professional ", " all ".

Once defined, these profiles are recorded in order to facilitate the keyword searches.

NOTICE : this program only exist in the french version.
